First Responder Salary: £13.69 - £14.59 per hourLocation: Blackpool, FY1Job Type: Temporary (12 weeks), Full-time Join Vitaline, Blackpool’s Community Alarm Centre, as a First Responder. This role is crucial in supporting independent living through advanced technology and personal contact. Day-to-day of the role: Provide a monitoring and emergency response service to customers, either through personal contact or via communication equipment.Offer an out-of-hours service to other Council Departments.Work variable shifts between the hours of 07:00 to 22:20, covering 7 days a week.The role is hybrid, based at The Phoenix Centre in Blackpool. Required Skills & Qualifications: Motivated, flexible, and resilient with excellent people skills.Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-moving environment.Proficient IT skills.Full driving licence is essential & enhanced DBS on the update service.Previous experience is advantageous but not essential as comprehensive training is provided.
