The group consists or product developers and product specialists, working closely together to improve our data delivery products, win new business, and maintain existing clients. Visible Alpha falls under the Data and Research division of Market Intelligence and this role reports to the Head of Data Services. Role OverviewThe Product Specialist will drive the adoption and implementation of our industry-leading data solutions via APIs, data feeds, and cloud solutions (e.g. Snowflake, Databricks). The successful candidate will leverage their technical expertise to engage with clients, understand their needs, and deliver tailored solutions that enhance their workflows. The role combines (technical) product expertise with active sales execution, managing the complete customer journey from initial trial through to contract closure and ongoing expansion. The role requires a team player who collaborates effectively with both sales and product while delivering top notch customer service. Based in London, this role will be assigned a book of business in EMEA with goals for both retention and new business growth. Some APAC coverage and travel may also be required.
