- About the Role
- We’re looking for a highly organised, detail-oriented Virtual Reporting Assistant to support our account management team by producing accurate, professional weekly and monthly performance reports for our clients.
- This role is process-driven and ideal for someone who enjoys working to clear SOPs, managing multiple clients, and delivering consistently high-quality outputs on tight timelines.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs precisely
- Confident using Google Slides, Google Sheets, and Google Drive
- Comfortable handling screenshots, formatting decks, and organising folders
- Excellent time management and ability to meet fixed deadlines
- Clear written communication skills (Slack and internal tools)
- Ability to work independently and manage repetitive, process-based tasks
- Nice to Have
- Experience working with performance marketing or ad reporting
- Familiarity with Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, or Google Ads reporting
- Previous experience in a virtual assistant or operations role
- Responsibilities
Weekly Client Reporting
- Produce weekly & monthly performance reports for multiple clients every Monday, starting at 7am GMT/BST, with completion targeted by 10am–1pm
- Follow a defined reporting process using internal boards to identify clients and assignees
- Create and correctly name Google Slides reports using provided templates
- Pull and screenshot performance data from reporting spreadsheets, filtered to the correct date range
- Customise reports based on each client’s active advertising platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google)
- Ensure all reports are professionally formatted, clearly presented, and free of internal instructions
- Save reports into the correct client folder structure within Google Drive
- Set appropriate sharing permissions and log report links in internal tracking boards
- Send completed report links to the relevant account managers via Slack
Monthly Client Reporting
- Create monthly performance reports using dedicated monthly templates
- Screenshot and include both soft metrics and conversion metrics from reporting spreadsheets
- Adjust reports to reflect the platforms each client uses
- Maintain consistent formatting, correct section numbering, and clean presentation
- Upload reports to the correct client folders and update internal boards with links
- Share completed reports with account managers via Slack
Ongoing Support
- Respond to edit requests and feedback from account managers
- Maintain accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail across all reporting
- Help improve efficiency and clarity within reporting workflows over time
