About
We need a proactive Virtual Assistant to support social media management, community engagement, email marketing setup, and customer support to help us grow and nurture a warm, engaged audience. Responsibilities: Create and Schedule and post content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn. Engage with followers, respond to comments and DMs, and moderate online community groups. Assist with lead magnet promotion, webinar registration, and email campaign scheduling. Provide customer service support and manage participant communication. Track social media and email performance metrics. Help with administrative tasks related to course launch and participant onboarding. Write and post blogs. Required Skills: Experience with wellness or coaching business social media management. Familiarity with course platforms (Kajabi or similar) and email marketing tools (Mailchimp, ConvertKit). Proficiency in Canva or similar graphic design tools. Excellent written communication and customer service skills. Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks. Hours & Compensation: Part-time, flexible 10-15 hours per week to start. Remote work with the possibility of long-term collaboration. Competitive hourly rate based on experience.
