Working closely with Mobile Network Operators (MNOs), we help identify and report connectivity patterns, steering behaviour, and minor network issues, enabling operators to optimise their services for end users worldwide. About the Role We are seeking a Virtual Assistant based in Argentina to support an upcoming network evaluation project. This is a hands-on coordination role that involves helping us set up the local components required for testing, ensuring smooth communication between our team and local service providers, and assisting in basic account setup and project tracking. While telecom experience is not necessary, attention to detail, reliability, and clear communication are essential. We will provide full guidance and training so you can confidently complete each step. Key Responsibilities; -Assist with local setup tasks required for initiating the testing process. -Coordinate with our UK team to meet operational deadlines. -Support in creating and managing basic online accounts relevant to the project. -Maintain responsive and professional communication during UK business hours.
