Description: I organise group trips and need a Virtual Assistant to help me create and manage a simple, effective system. The goal is to collect client information via email, organise it into a central place (eg. Google Sheet, Asana), and monitor the data to ensure everything runs smoothly. Key tasks: Design and set up a system for storing and tracking client information. Create a simple process for collecting client details from email (e.g. via Google Forms or integration tools). Keep the sheet organised, accurate, and easy to monitor. Email management/client communication. Provide recommendations to streamline and improve the workflow. Requirements: Strong experience with Google Sheets (formulas, data organisation, basic automation). Ability to integrate data collection from email (experience with Google Forms, Zapier, Asana, or similar tools is a plus). Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. Travel Planning experience. Clear communication in English. Project type: One-time setup with the possibility of ongoing admin support if the system works well.
