I’m looking for a reliable virtual assistant to support me with day-to-day admin tasks and some light accounting/bookkeeping. This is for two new start-up businesses I’m growing, so flexibility, initiative, and good communication are essential. Hours & Budget: Approx. 5 hours per week (20 hours per month to start with) Budget: $10 per hour Potential to increase hours and responsibilities as the businesses grow Tasks will include: General admin (email management, scheduling, document organisation) Accounting (basic reconciliations, updating spreadsheets, invoicing support, budgeting templates, forecasting) Research (suppliers, tools, potential partners) Sales- looking for new business, following up on sales leads to then pass to me Social Media- Management of Linkenin and Facebook accounts Other ad hoc tasks to support growth Requirements: Strong English communication skills (written & spoken) Experience with admin support, finance, Sales, CRM, social media management Proficiency with tools like Excel/Google Sheets, Gmail, Google Drive/ Monday.com/ CRM/Linkenin/ Facebook Reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented Ideally some knowledge of start-up environments Nice to have (not essential): Experience with accounting software (Xero)
