The Role: We’re seeking a highly detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support our Product Development and Lab teams with administrative execution, data accuracy, and documentation management. This role is strictly internal-facing and focused on maintaining clean systems, organized records, and reliable project tracking so our technical teams can stay focused on innovation and execution. What You’ll Do Maintain and update product development data, formulas, and costing information in Food Label Maker and internal systems Organize lab documentation, formulas, and project files with clear version control and structure Support product development trackers by maintaining accurate timelines, milestones, and weekly updates Provide administrative and coordination support to Product Development and Lab leadership (scheduling, documentation, task follow-up) Execute recurring operational tasks that support lab and development workflows Assist with documenting processes, SOPs, and internal workflows when needed Ensure leadership has consistent visibility into development progress and data accuracy (Other related duties may be assigned.) What We’re Looking For Prior experience as a Virtual Assistant or in an administrative support role Exceptional attention to detail and comfort working in structured, process-driven environments Experience with data entry, documentation management, and file organization Ability to independently manage trackers, updates, and recurring tasks Strong written communication skills and comfort working with confidential information Proficiency with tools such as Google Workspace, Notion, Slack, and Microsoft Office Experience supporting product development, lab, or technical teams is a plus What We Offer: Competitive contractor compensation, commensurate with experience Fully remote, flexible working arrangement within core hours Opportunity to support a fast-growing, mission-driven wellness brand Clear scope, structured workflows, and high-impact internal partnership We are a fully remote, global company with a mission to help people feel better every day through the power of superfoods.
