Virtual Assistant Needed | Evening & Weekend Hours (UK Time) We are seeking a reliable, highly organised Virtual Assistant to support our growing group of companies — including children's care homes, property businesses, and other entrepreneurial ventures — with a variety of admin, research, and coordination tasks. 🕒 Working Hours This is a long-term but the core requirement is availability during UK evening hours (5:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m. UK time) and weekends. You may not be working the full 8 hours daily, but you must be reachable and ready to respond as tasks come in. 🌍 Ideal Countries We are open to applicants worldwide, but time zones that align well with UK evening hours (e.g. Philippines, India, Pakistan, Kenya, South Africa) are ideal. --- 🧾 Key Responsibilities: Completing research tasks (e.g. sourcing property information, comparing services, gathering market data) Coordinating with staff from multiple companies (property, care sector, admin, etc.) Organising documents, updating spreadsheets, handling basic data entry Drafting emails, minutes, and reports Following up on assigned tasks and chasing progress where needed Supporting the Managing Director with ad-hoc personal and business errands --- ✅ You Must Have: Excellent written and spoken English High availability during UK evenings & weekends Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or Admin Support Ability to juggle multiple projects across different companies High attention to detail and strong organisational skills Access to stable internet and good IT equipment --- 💡 Bonus if you have experience with: UK property or care sector admin Excel or Google Sheets Microsoft 365 / SharePoint ⏳ This is a long-term role with room to grow.
