As our operations grow, we are looking for a reliable and professional Virtual Assistant to help streamline our administrative tasks, manage communications, and assist with basic bookkeeping. Someone with some knowledge of photoshop, Canva or other design packages would be a plus. Job Responsibilities: • Email Management: Monitor and respond to emails in a professional and timely manner. • Administrative Support: Handle day-to-day admin tasks, organize digital files, and update records. • Payment Reminders: Follow up with tenants and other parties regarding due payments. • Bookkeeping: Track income and expenses for rental properties and publishing rights (basic accounting knowledge preferred). • Scheduling & Reminders: Manage calendars, set reminders for key dates, and schedule appointments as needed. • Tenant Communication: Handle inquiries from tenants, coordinate repairs, and liaise with service providers. • Publishing Support: Assist with tracking royalties and rights-related inquiries. Ideal Candidate: • Highly organized with strong attention to detail. • Excellent written and spoken English. • Professional and discreet with sensitive business information. • Experience with property management or publishing is a plus. • Familiarity with UK business regulations, accounting, or rental laws is an advantage. • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and basic bookkeeping software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero).
