Looking for a reliable Virtual Assistant to support both our growing comedy club operations and provide personal assistance to the founder. Comedy Freaks runs live comedy shows in London. We are looking for someone who is multifaceted, resourceful in handling business administration while also managing personal tasks and projects. Key Responsibilities: Comedy Freaks Business Support: - Manage email communications for show bookings, customer support, and venue coordination. - Live event management: ticket coordination and performer scheduling; - Schedule comedy shows and business meetings; - Design and manage newsletters and other social media assets; - Assist with graphics design using Canva/Figma - Optimise our Monday.com board management system - Manage website content updates and maintenance; - Manage relationships with potential partnerships and bookings; - Filter and organise media captured at our shows; - Manage customer/prospective lead inquiries via email and DM's. Personal Assistant Duties: - Manage the founder's personal calendar and appointments; - Handle personal email management & coordinate travel arrangements and personal bookings; - Manage personal administrative tasks and deadlines. Requirements: - Flexible schedule/good availability: available during normal work hours (9-5) Monday-Thursday + during comedy peak times - Friday & Saturday 2pm-8pm (GMT); - Experience with Monday.com and Google Calendar; - Excellent written and verbal English communication skills (must sound natural, not AI-generated); - Strong organisational skills and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and take initiative - Adaptable to working on multiple projects across different areas.
