Hello Upwork World! I run a growing email marketing agency which helps eCommerce brands grow through Klaviyo. I’m open to applicants globally, but I’d love to prioritise candidates based in the Philippines due to timezone and communication fit. You don’t need marketing experience — I’ll teach you everything. What I really care about is: - You’re organised and pay attention to detail - You communicate clearly in English - You’re dependable and can follow instructions - You take pride in doing a good job This is a long-term role for someone who wants stable work, consistent hours, and room to grow. This will be a full-time role from the start (around 30–40 hours per week, flexible schedule). I’d love to get started quickly (ideally within a few days)... If everything goes well, I’d like to bring someone on board by the end of the week! What You’ll Be Doing: - Uploading emails from Figma to Klaviyo - Copying text from Google Docs into email templates - Handling data entry and tracking tasks - Helping with outreach and admin work - Following step-by-step systems and SOPs Don’t worry – everything will be clearly explained and recorded in training videos. What You Need: - Good written and spoken English - A laptop or computer - Reliable Wi-Fi - The ability to work 30–40 hours per week --- Bonus (Not Required): - Interest in marketing, Klaviyo, or eCommerce - Past experience as a VA or admin assistant Pay & Schedule: - $450 - $550/month (paid weekly or biweekly — we can decide together) - Flexible hours as long as deadlines are met - Fully remote - All training provided How to Apply: Please include the following when you apply: 1.
