Job Title: Virtual Assistant for Digital Marketing Startup (Content, Engagement & Lead Generation) Please do not apply if you are not willing to put in specific work (this will not be any generic lead gen, content creation - this will be hyper specific) Description: I’m building a digital marketing company and I’m looking for a reliable assistant to help with daily tasks. This role is ideal for someone creative, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently. Role & Responsibilities: Canva Content Creation: Design high-quality, specific content based on detailed briefs (not generic templates). Account Engagement: Interact on Instagram to promote a digital marketing course (commenting, liking, DM outreach). Lead Management: Respond to inbound leads/messages on IG. Email Lead Generation: Assist with building targeted email lists. Marketing Content Support: Help draft content for email campaigns. Hours & Pay: Approx. 2 hours per day (flexible schedule) $50 per week Additional 10% commission on Sand Store sales generated through your marketing efforts Potential to increase workload and pay depending on performance and outcomes What I’m Looking For: Strong Canva design skills (must be able to follow hyper-specific briefs) Good written English for engagement and emails Experience with social media engagement and basic lead generation Reliable communication and consistent availability Growth Opportunity: This is a starting role with room to expand. If results are strong, more hours and higher pay will follow.
