We are looking for a proactive Virtual Assistant who can help us secure direct bookings for our serviced apartments in London. Your role will focus on lead generation and outreach, not account management. Responsibilities: • Research and reach out to potential guests (contractors, project managers, relocation companies, NHS trusts, insurance housing providers). • Join and post in relevant Facebook groups, LinkedIn groups, and contractor accommodation platforms. • Respond to booking enquiries from your outreach and pass confirmed leads to us. • Maintain a simple tracker (Google Sheet/Excel) of leads contacted, responses, and conversions. • Weekly reporting on outreach activity and bookings generated. Requirements: • Strong written English communication skills. • Experience in sales, lead generation, or hospitality is a plus. • Ability to work independently and hit booking targets. • Knowledge of UK short-term rental / contractor accommodation market is desirable but not essential. Compensation: • Base pay: (depending on experience). • Plus commission of 5–10% per confirmed booking generated. • Opportunity for long-term work and progression into guest communications/management if desired.
