Job Description: Lead Generation & Sales Development Executive Industry: Construction / Property / Building Services Location: Remote (Long-term) Hours: Full-time preferred Focus: Sales-driven lead generation, high-value clients (B2B & B2C) Overview We are looking for a highly sales-driven Lead Generation & Sales Development Executive to generate qualified, high-value leads for our construction company. This role focuses on both commercial (B2B) and domestic (B2C) clients and is responsible for identifying, qualifying, and passing warm leads directly to the company director for appointment booking. Key Responsibilities • Generate qualified B2B and B2C leads • Target estate agents, property managers, landlords, block management, schools, care homes, nurseries, and commercial clients • Use email outreach, LinkedIn, CRM campaigns, and social prospecting • Research and target clients aligned with our specific trades and services • Qualify leads before passing them to the director (budget, scope, decision-maker) • Maintain accurate CRM records • Build and manage outreach campaigns and follow-up sequences • Liaise closely with the Marketing & Content Manager • Identify which services generate the highest ROI • Provide weekly reports on leads, conversations, and opportunities Required Skills & Experience • Proven experience in lead generation or sales development • Strong B2B sales or outreach background • Confident written communication skills • CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, Monday, etc.) • Sales-focused mindset with emphasis on lead quality • Ability to research and target premium clients • Construction or property industry experience is a major advantage KPIs / Performance Metrics • Number of qualified leads generated weekly • Lead quality and deal value • Response and conversion rates • Appointments booked for the director • Contribution to revenue pipeline
