The role involves responding to WhatsApp leads, sending forms, collecting customer details, logging quotes, and following up with customers. You will also send quote options and help qualify serious leads. This position requires strong English skills, attention to detail, and experience with customer messaging. UK insurance experience is a bonus but not required. Must be responsive and able to handle 5–10 new leads per day. Payment is based on the number of quotes or tasks completed.
