🧠 Role Overview You’ll be working closely with me to keep things running smoothly behind the scenes — mainly helping with client engagement and social media management during a live 5-day challenge. 📋 Key Tasks 1. Challenge Support Track member activity and engagement inside our private group Keep spreadsheets up to date with participation data Follow up with members who haven’t yet converted or engaged 2. Social Media Management Send welcome DMs to new followers and challenge participants 💻 Experience Required Facebook group management (ideally have worked inside a 5 day challenge) Data tracking (Google Sheets / Excel) Instagram + TikTok outreach and communication Experience using GoHighLevel (GHL) preferred ⏰ Details Duration: 2 weeks (with the possibility of ongoing work) Dates Required: Nov 20th- Dec 3rd for all 14 days Hours: 2-4 Hours per Day (2 Hours Am UK time- 8-10 AM 2 Hours PM Uk time 6-8PM) To Apply Please send me a short message with: Your relevant experience (especially in online coaching or similar roles) That you will be able to commit to said hours Your hourly rate What experince you can bring to the team If we work well together, there’s potential for future, ongoing projects beyond this temporary role.
