About us: We're a social media agency providing various services to our clients. Project overview: We're looking for native Vietnamese-speaking customer support agents to provide professional and friendly service through our social media channels. This person should have a passion for helping others and be able to stay calm under pressure. The work required is usually around one to two hours per day in aggregate so it is a role you can perform with other jobs. This project requires: - Customer support experience in a fast-paced environment - Fluent writing skills in Vietnamese - In-depth understanding of social media - To work on a laptop or desktop (not mobile phone or iPad) - To commit to being available between 8 am and 10 pm ICT at least three days per week (including weekends and public holidays) In your proposal, please share a brief summary of your experience.
