Description: Linton Glade is building a YouTube channel in the business/finance/strategy space. We are looking for a skilled video editor to turn research-driven scripts into engaging long-form videos (15–30 minutes). Responsibilities: * Edit long-form YouTube videos (15–30 mins). * Add stock footage, graphics, and text overlays where appropriate. * Work from a professional script and voiceover * Ensure pacing, flow, and clarity match audience expectations in business/finance content. * Deliver polished, professional videos ready for upload. Mandatory Skills: * Proven experience editing long-form YouTube videos. * Strong sense of pacing and storytelling. * Ability to source/use relevant visuals, graphics, and b-roll. * Reliability in meeting deadlines. Nice-to-Have Skills: * Experience editing content in business/finance niches. * Motion graphics/animation skills. * Knowledge of YouTube optimisation (retention, engagement techniques). Project Scope: Phase 1: Paid test project (1 video, 15–30 mins). Phase 2 (Optional): Ongoing editing work depending on performance and budget.
