  • Role Overview
  • The Brand and Creative Studio at Multiplier drives the storytelling that amplifies our purpose, building experiences that inspire, resonate globally, and shape a bold, differentiated brand.
  • We’re looking for a Social-First Video Editor to help create engaging, attention-grabbing, and scroll-stopping content for social. You’ll be part of the Brand Studio team, crafting a range of video content designed for reach, resonance, and virality: think fast, fun edits for LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and beyond.
  • You’ll help shape how Multiplier shows up on social, from product drops and launch teasers to everyday brand, content, and campaign storytelling.
  • You’ll collaborate closely with creative leads, designers, and marketers across the entire organization.
  • Responsibilities
  • Edit and produce high-quality, social-first videos that drive engagement across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and more.
  • Collaborate with creative leads and marketers to develop ideas, storyboards, and scripts for video content series, campaigns, product stories, and brand moments.
  • Craft edits (social-first video content, video series, webinars, campaigns, brand videos, etc.) optimized for each platform, understanding pacing, hooks, and storytelling that keep audiences watching.
  • Apply basic motion design and graphics to enhance storytelling and maintain brand consistency.
  • Ideate and experiment with creative formats, tools, and storytelling techniques to push creative boundaries.
  • Occasionally shoot interview-based content.
  • Stay up to date on social trends, formats, and best practices to inspire new content approaches.
  • Requirements
  • 3–5 years of professional video editing experience, ideally in-house at a brand or creative agency.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing social-first content (organic or paid), demonstrating proven understanding of platform-specific best practices, especially what hooks audiences in the first few seconds.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
  • Strong storytelling instincts, pacing, and creative judgment.
  • Basic motion design skills (titles, transitions, lower thirds, etc.).
  • Experience handling end-to-end video production: concepting, scripting, filming, editing, color correction, sound, post-production, and delivery.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, highly iterative creative environment.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Bonus skills
  • Familiarity with GenAI creative tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Google Veo3, ElevenLabs, Midjourney, DaVinci, Pika, etc.).
  • Graphic or visual design skills
  • Sound design or audio post-production experience
  • B2B or SaaS brand experience
