As EMEA Head of BPO, you will set the strategic direction and lead end-to-end service delivery across a complex, multi-site EMEA footprint. Combining regional oversight with deep expertise in financial operations, you will drive operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and exceptional client outcomes, while building high-performing teams and a culture of continuous improvement. Responsibilities: Provide strategic leadership and oversight of financial operations across multiple EMEA service centers, covering middle and back-office functions including reconciliations, settlements, trade support, billing, reporting, and financial controls. Develop and execute a regional operations strategy aligned with global objectives, ensuring delivery of high-quality, cost-effective, and compliant services. Act as the senior point of contact for key EMEA clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery, strengthening long-term partnerships, and proactively identifying opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and engagement. Partner with commercial and relationship teams to support solution design, pursue growth opportunities, and contribute to regional revenue objectives. Oversee day-to-day operational performance, ensuring consistent adherence to SLAs, KPIs, risk frameworks, and regulatory requirements across all locations.
