We're seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Cash Management Manager to join our Transaction Processing team. This role is located in Manchester, UK. In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways: Oversee Cash Management Operations: Lead the cash management team by demonstrating expertise in transaction processing and ensuring efficient and accurate cash flow management. Risk Management and Compliance: Develop and implement strategies to mitigate risks associated with cash management activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and BNY's internal policies. Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to streamline cash management processes, driving improvements through innovative solutions and technology enhancements. Client Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with clients by delivering exceptional service and addressing their cash management needs proactively. Team Leadership and Development: Mentor and guide team members, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages professional growth and adherence to BNY's principles. Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior leadership to align cash management strategies with BNY's organizational objectives and strategic pillars. To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree or professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA) is preferred. Strong leadership and team management capabilities. Expertise in transaction processing and cash management. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
