Looking for a Venture Analyst / Business Analyst to support startup and investment-related research, due diligence, and market analysis. Work includes preparing structured reports, analysing companies, and organising investor-ready documentation. Key Responsibilities * Produce gap analysis reports for startups and scaleups. * Build investor contact plans: VC, SWF, family office, corporate venture. * Conduct due diligence: product, market, competition, team, traction, risks. * Organise and review data rooms (financials, KPIs, legal, product decks). * Perform market and competitive analysis (TAM/SAM/SOM, landscape mapping). * Support financial forecasting (light models: runway, burn, valuation cross-checks). * Prepare executive summaries and decision briefs. * Maintain structured document management for each project. * Deliver desk research on global markets, incentives, regulations, and trends. Requirements * Proven experience in VC, consulting, business analysis, market research, or similar. * Strong analytical and report-writing skills. * Ability to produce clear, concise, structured documents. * Comfortable with financial basics (ARR, burn, valuation logic). * Excellent English. * Ability to work independently, ask smart questions, and hit deadlines. Nice to Have * Knowledge of startup funding, venture capital, or GCC markets. * Experience with Google Workspace, Notion, Airtable, Excel.
