They act for developers, landowners, occupiers, and public authorities, providing end-to-end advice on site assembly, compensation claims, landlord and tenant matters, and portfolio strategy.The RoleA permanent, full-time opportunity has arisen for a Surveyor to join this growing, multi-disciplinary team, working remotely with a strong focus on London and the South East. The role involves supporting partners on varied instructions while taking ownership of rating appeals, rent reviews, lease renewals, compulsory purchase work, valuations, and consultancy advice across a wide range of property types.Experience and ProgressionThe firm is keen to speak with newly qualified surveyors, those approaching qualification, or candidates with several years’ PQE. Experience in one discipline is sufficient, provided there is a willingness to learn and adapt.
