We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Virtual Assistant to support our recruitment agency with candidate sourcing for an EU-based IT/Tech client. The role will begin with a few hours per day, with the potential to grow into a full-time position based on performance. Key Responsibilities: Source and identify qualified IT/Tech candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools Pre-screen profiles based on client requirements Maintain organised tracking of outreach and candidate pipelines Communicate effectively with the recruitment team to align on search priorities Requirements: Strong English communication skills Proven experience in candidate sourcing, particularly through LinkedIn Recruiter Preferably experienced in the EU recruitment market Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently If you have a strong sourcing background and are looking for long-term growth, we’d love to hear from you.
