I am looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help me manage day-to-day online business tasks. The ideal candidate will be organised, proactive, and skilled in handling social media, simple website updates, and general admin. Tasks include (but not limited to): • Creating and scheduling social media posts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) using Canva and scheduling tools. • Updating a simple landing page when needed. • Researching trending content ideas and hashtags. • Managing emails and basic communication. • Helping to set up and manage digital products/online services (guides, templates, etc.). Requirements: • Strong skills in Canva and basic graphic design. • Experience with social media management & content scheduling. • Good written English and communication skills. • Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently. Nice to have (bonus): • Experience with Google Workspace, simple automation tools, or AI tools (ChatGPT, etc.). • Previous experience supporting online businesses, solopreneurs, or startups. Hours & Pay: • Starting at 5–10 hours per week, with potential to expand. • £4–£7 per hour depending on experience. How we’ll work: • Regular communication and weekly check-ins to agree on priorities. • Long-term role available for the right candidate.
