About your team The Digital Product Solutions team is at the centre of all change within Fidelity International’s online business. We work closely with those in Product and Propositions to ideate on what new or improved experiences we can offer to our users, team up with our business SMEs to ensure we deeply understand the problem and opportunity we are addressing, ensure the experiences we create are thoroughly validated through our in-house user research team and collaborate with Technology to ensure these products are delivered in a scaleable, efficient and iterative way. About your role We are seeking a talented and experienced UX Writer to join our dynamic team. As a UX Writer at Fidelity, you will play a crucial role in crafting clear, concise, and engaging content that enhances our digital products and improves user experience. You will collaborate closely with designers, product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure our content aligns with business objectives and user needs. Key Responsibilities: Write and edit user-focused content for web and mobile applications, including microcopy, error messages, onboarding guides, tooltips, and more. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs, product goals, and technical constraints. Conduct user research and usability testing to inform and validate content strategies. Develop and maintain content style guides and best practices to ensure consistency across all digital platforms. Work with designers to create wireframes and prototypes that incorporate effective content solutions. Analyse user feedback and data to continuously improve content effectiveness and user engagement. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UX writing and content strategy. About you Proven experience as a UX Writer, Content Strategist, or similar role, preferably within the financial services sector. Strong portfolio showcasing your ability to create user-centric content for digital products. Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills with a keen eye for detail. Familiarity with UX design principles and methodologies. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in using design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD is a plus. Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Design, or a related field is preferred.
