You will also contribute to the broader UX/UI community by sharing design thinking ideas and suggesting improved ways of working. This role suits an expert in digital product design, comfortable delivering high-quality solutions that directly support our digital transformation initiatives. Responsibilities: Demonstrate a strong understanding of end-to-end UX design processes, including user research and implementation. Apply advanced proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud. Create high-fidelity digital designs while maintaining and updating pattern libraries. Ensure complex design work is reviewed or signed off by a Senior Designer. Utilize User Centred Design (UCD) methodologies, validating designs through user insights and usability testing.
