We are seeking an Expert UX/Product Designer for a long-term engagement on our complex B2B Financial SaaS platform. We need a strategic partner to redefine our product's user experience. The initial phase will focus on creating a scalable Information Architecture (IA) and developing low-fidelity concepts for our main user dashboard. Key Requirements: B2B SaaS Expertise: Proven experience designing robust, complex B2B applications, ideally in the Fintech/Financial Services sector. Systemic Thinking: An expert in translating complex logic into intuitive user structures (IA and user flows). Deliverables (Phase 1): Information Architecture (IA) Schema: Finalized sitemap and navigation structure for the new dashboard. Low-Fidelity Wireframes: Low-fi layouts for the main dashboard and critical user flows.
