The project's goal is to deliver cost control, data mastery, operational efficiency, and scalability across electricity, gas, water, and renewables. The current phase focuses on implementing a new Target Operating Model (TOM) and deploying the EnergyCAP application, enabling automation, integration, and robust reporting. This transition is expected to unlock significant operational savings, improve data quality, and establish a scalable platform for future growth. Utilities Project Manager Duties Project Leadership: Lead the end-to-end delivery of the utilities TOM and EnergyCAP application implementation, ensuring seamless transition from the current outsourced provider with minimal disruption to business operations.Stakeholder Management: Engage with senior leadership (SLT/ELT), utilities, finance, tech, and third-party vendors to align project objectives, manage expectations, and ensure effective communication.<
