Job Title: US Treaty Broker Support (non-marine) Location: London/Hybrid - 3 days in office Salary: Max £40k Type: Full time - Permanent As a Broker Support Specialist, you will have the opportunity to enhance your broking support skills while working with our US clients. You will play a vital role in our team by coordinating placement support activities and delivering proactive, high-value assistance. Required: · Minimum 18 months experience within Treaty (US experience is preferred not essential). Can be from a Broker or Carrier · Ability to work in the London office at 3 days per week Main Responsibilities: · Assist in reviewing client renewal information. · Draft slips and endorsements. · Initiate the contract drafting process, including updates and the production of final contract documentation. · Support brokers in preparing submissions, compliance and regulation etc. · Track the placement status of assigned accounts and update information accordingly. · Dealing with clients and reinsurers directly, completing all documentation · Respond to client requests for information, including reinsurer details, financial reports, and industry issues.
