US & EU Account Manager – Bespoke LED Solutions (OEM)Location: Hybrid - Andover (2 days/week)Travel: ca.12 weeks per year (EU & US focus)Are you an accomplished, driven Account Manager with a passion for closing business and expanding networks? Do you want to take cutting-edge LED illumination solutions into some of the world’s most advanced industries? If so, we want to talk to you.Our client design and manufacture world-class LED lighting solutions – this role will focus on the optical microscopy sector. They deliver both off-the-shelf products and bespoke, customisable illumination solutions for OEM integration. The RoleAs an Account Manager, you’ll be the key contact developing potential fledgling leads into long-lasting, established clients. Your focus will be on selling customisable imaging unit solutions, creating long-term partnerships, and converting opportunities into repeat business. In addition to driving strategic growth initiatives, you will manage key accounts, ensuring networks are continually enhanced.You will:Build trusted relationships with decision-makers at leading OEMs to forge long-term commercial relationships and recurring revenueRepresent the business in the EU and USA, attending trade shows, conferences, and customer meetings (travel ca.12 weeks/year)Prepare and deliver reports on market trends, pipeline development, and strategic outcomesCollaborate internally to shape bespoke solutions and execute strategic growth plansBecome a visible industry presence, ensuring the business remain front of mind for customisable imaging unit solutionsYouYou thrive on growing business with new/fledgling clients to deliver bespoke solutions tailored to their requirements.
