Each ambassador has a unique coupon code (e.g., AMANDA15, CHLOE15). 👉 We manage sales in two ways: Orders tab, contains all order details (date, product, variant, amount, coupon used). Coupon Usage tabs, where we manually paste coupon usage numbers exported from Stripe (to help us track across accounts). We currently assume all sales = £30 commission. We share a leaderboard in Telegram every few hours to keep ambassadors motivated. ⛔️ The problem: Stripe coupon usage does not show which product variant was sold. We now have two products: 20mg → £20 commission 40mg → £30 commission Because the system only counts coupon uses and applies £30, commissions are wrong. Updating the leaderboard is slow, manual, and prone to errors. • Scope Of Work: We need a new Commission Engine in Google Sheets that: ✅ References data from the Orders tab only (no changes to Orders itself). ✅ Applies correct commission rules per order: 20mg = £20 commission 40mg = £30 commission ✅ Summarises by ambassador code: ✅ Sales count ✅ Total commission owed (£) ✅ Outputs a leaderboard tab in the exact format that we want (ready for Telegram): ✅ The system has to be easy to read, aesthetically pleasing as it'll be used and adopted by our lean team, and also presented to affiliates. ✅ Updates automatically when new orders are added, so we can simply copy-paste the leaderboard into creator group. • Requirements Advanced Google Sheets knowledge (QUERY, ARRAYFORMULA, REGEXMATCH, pivot tables). Experience building clean, scalable reporting dashboards. Accuracy and presentation matter, ambassadors see this multiple times daily.
