Title: Urgent CAD Bathroom Design – 320 × 165 cm Description: I need an urgent CAD bathroom design for a space measuring 320 × 165 cm. I already have a sketch with full measurements, a list of items, and a layout agreed with my contractor. I need a scaled CAD plan (floor + elevations) to visualise everything and confirm fit. 3D renders would be a bonus but not essential. Deliverables must be usable for my contractor. Checklist of items to include: Walk-in shower (with shower heads) Non-slip shower tray Alcove + ledge (location tbc) green tiles for feature wall in L shape 9m2, white tiles rest of room half way 5m2 and Victorian floor tiles 5sqm. Extractor fan Sink + toilet unit with toilet douche Mirrors either side of window with lights above Lights above wall mirror Washing machine tower Mirror on wall with light above Towel rail Timeline: ASAP — ideally within 1–2 days.
