About Us I run Elevate Media, a UK-based email marketing agency that works with Shopify e-commerce brands like Soccer Supplement, Eyebrow Queen, and Target Football. We help DTC brands increase customer lifetime value and generate 20–30% of their monthly revenue through Klaviyo retention systems. I’m now growing my personal Upwork freelancer account to bring in new clients under the Elevate Media umbrella — and I’m looking for someone to manage and scale it with me. The Role We’re looking for a commission-based Upwork Manager to: Optimise my profile for conversions and visibility Research and identify high-quality email marketing jobs Write and send tailored proposals Help manage client communications (DMs, follow-ups, messages) Book calls and assist in closing clients You’ll basically be my Upwork partner — handling the outreach and applications side while I handle calls, strategy, and delivery.
