Project Overview I need an experienced automation and CRM expert to recommend and implement the BEST unified system for my car dealership. I’m open to ClickUp, Pipedrive, Airtable, custom solutions, or any platform you recommend based on your expertise. Business Requirements We are a car sales and servicing dealership that needs to manage: • Sales/CRM: Customer leads, pipeline management, email follow-ups, deal tracking, ai integration • Operations Tasks: Buying, Delivering, Inspecting, Repairing, Bodywork, Mechanical work, Valeting/wash, Advertising, Current Problem: We have no centralized system. Everything is manual, scattered across emails, spreadsheets, and notes. We need ONE unified platform where sales and operations are seamlessly connected. Critical Requirement: This MUST be a unified system, not separate tools. When I click on a customer, I should see their sales details AND all related service/operations tasks in one place. M zubair
