We are seeking a skilled and motivated Claims Handler to join our team, managing a dynamic caseload of pre-litigated and low-value litigated motor claims on behalf of our corporate clients. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in ULR RTA claims handling and a keen understanding of the full claims lifecycle—from initial quantum assessment and liability investigation to settlement negotiation.As a Claims Handler, you will be responsible for efficiently progressing motor claims up to £25,000 and litigated claims up to £10,000, ensuring timely and accurate resolution. You’ll play a key role in identifying cases suitable for early litigation, supporting service delivery excellence, and maintaining high productivity standards.
