We are seeking a skilled professional to assist with submitting yearly accounts to HMRC and closing/striking off a company at Companies House in the UK. The ideal candidate will have experience in UK tax regulations and company dissolution processes. The company was only operating for a few months so there is very little work to be done. The books are due in January 2026 and we want to get them submitted and the company closed as soon as possible let me know if you are interested this is an easy on time job
