We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented UK based Xero experienced bookkeeper. We need someone who can manage our financial records and ensure everything is in order. Key Responsibilities: -------------------------- - Maintain accurate financial records, including day-to-day transactions. - Help prepare and process VAT returns and reconciliations. - Assist with year-end financial reporting and audits. - Ensure compliance with UK tax regulations and deadlines. Provide regular financial reports to support business decision-making. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar role. - Strong understanding of UK accounting principles and tax regulations. - Proficiency with Xero accounting software - Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Desirable: - Bookkeeping qualification or equivalent is preferred - Experience working in a small to medium-sized business environment.
