Overview We are looking for a reliable UK-based virtual assistant to handle daily posting on our Instagram and TikTok accounts. This role is posting-only — no editing, scripting, strategy, or content creation. All content and captions will be provided. You simply: Download content Upload to the correct account Paste caption + tags Log the post That’s it. Responsibilities Post 6 pieces of content per day across 4 accounts: 2× per day to Instagram (Account 1) 2× per day to TikTok (Account 1) 1× per day to Instagram (Account 2) 1× per day to TikTok (Account 2) Use provided video + captions Ensure correct posting format (cover image, tags, caption) Maintain consistent posting times Track daily posts in a simple Google Sheet: Date Platform Account Link/confirmation Flag any posting issues (e.g. upload failure, account lock) Maintain confidentiality Expected workload: ~20 minutes/day Requirements Must be UK-based (posting from UK IP/device) Strong reliability + punctuality Familiar with posting on Instagram + TikTok Able to follow instructions precisely Comfortable handling multiple accounts Good communication Stable phone + internet connection No editing, no community management, no strategy.
