We’re looking for an UK based independent, results-driven Facebook Ads expert to work directly with our founder and in-house marketing team on a fast-growing gambling brand. This is not an agency role or outsourcing arrangement, we want someone who’s fully hands-on, building, testing, and scaling campaigns alongside us. What You’ll Do: Plan, build, and optimize Facebook/Meta ad campaigns for our gambling brand with guidance from ourselves Create and test ad creatives (flyers, graphics, social visuals, etc.) using AI tools like Midjourney, ChatGPT, or Runway Rapidly test and iterate - new hooks, angles, offers, and designs Analyze performance data to scale profitable campaigns fast We’re Looking For Someone Who: Has proven experience running high-performing Facebook/Instagram ads (ideally for gambling, e-com, or similar industries) Understands how to scale with data and creative testing Is confident generating creatives independently using AI tools Communicates clearly, works fast, and thrives in a results-first environment Is not an agency - we want an individual who wants to grow directly with us This is a long-term opportunity for the right person to become a key part of our success.
