We are seeking a talented UI/UX designer to create intuitive designs for our VisaBot mobile application and accompanying admin dashboard. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing user-friendly interfaces using Figma. You will be responsible for translating user needs into engaging designs, ensuring that our app is both functional and aesthetically pleasing. A strong portfolio showcasing previous mobile app and dashboard designs is essential. Before hiring developers, we want polished UI/UX in Figma for the mobile apps (iOS/Android) and the Admin Dashboard. Inspiration (visual tone only): • iTranslate (simple input/output) • Google Translate (uncluttered layout, big camera/voice icons) • Microsoft Translator (clean onboarding, icons/tabs) • Reverso Translate & Learn (attractive phrasebook categories) • Speechify (premium upsell & subscription screens) Deliverables (Figma) • Master Figma file with components, variables, styles (colors, type scale, spacing, elevation). • Clickable prototype for core flows (sign in → explore → toggle plan → paywall → notifications; admin: review job → retry → view payment). • Design system / style guide (color tokens, typography, icon set, grid, spacing). • Export-ready assets (SVG/PNG icons, logo variants). • Handoff notes on each screen (states, validations, edge cases). • Admin dashboard layout with table states (loading, empty, error), filters, bulk actions. Acceptance criteria • All screens above covered with normal, loading, error, and empty states. • Clickable prototype shows full user and admin journeys. • Design system complete enough for developers to build without guesswork. • Final Figma shared with full ownership & edit access. Must-haves • Proven mobile + dashboard UI/UX in Figma. • Delivered within 7 days. • Fluent English and daily progress updates.
