The role Our Store Managers are integral to the success of UGG. As a Store Manager, you will build and lead a high-performing team that aligns with the UGG’s values and vision. In this role it you will lead your team by example, whilst support the Area Manager with additional responsibilities throughout your region. Core Competencies Strive for the highest level of customer service and operational excellence that you and your team can achieve Manage store costs including Payroll As a people manager, take an active part in recruiting, training, development, and coaching your team, as well as supporting other stores when needed Collaborate with the Area Manager to improve and enhance sales and operations Take a customer centric approach to develop store strategies to enhance the customer experience and expand traffic Manage inventory and partner with head office partners to meet the needs of your market Who You Are A natural communicator who conveys the UGG and Deckers Brands vision and mission You have the leadership skills needed to manage a team You’re well organized and proactively and efficiently coordinates your resources You’re a problem solver who pro-actively works through challenges We Would Love to Hear From People With: Previous experience as a people manager in a Retail environment Experience in training and developing a team Agility and flexibility to meet the needs of the business, especially during our busiest time of the year Proficiency in Microsoft Office and applications What We Will Give You Extras, perks & volunteering opportunities - Being a valued member of the UGG and Deckers Brands team means more than just a paycheck.
