Role Overview The UGC Content Creator will be responsible for producing video content tailored to traders and the financial markets community. This role requires both creativity and trading knowledge to deliver high-quality, authentic, and engaging videos. The candidate must have previous experience creating UGC-style content, be fluent in English (British or American accent preferred), and be comfortable on camera. Key Responsibilities Produce 10 short-form UGC videos (30–60 seconds) per month for Instagram, TikTok, and similar platforms. Produce 2 long-form YouTube videos (3–5 minutes, wide format) per month. Work with the Creative Strategist to follow scripts, themes, and content directions. Maintain consistent video quality (minimum 1080p, ideally 4K) with professional lighting and sound. Use a computer screen setup and LED lighting for professional presentation. Deliver raw video footage only; internal team will manage editing. Align video style with brand tone and marketing strategy. Requirements Experience in UGC content creation, previous UGC content or a short video of yourself on a basic script. (portfolio required). Knowledge of trading or financial markets (forex, indices, crypto, etc.). Fluent in English (British or American accent preferred). Strong camera presence; ability to present confidently. Minimum recording quality: 1080p (Full HD), preferred 4K. Reliable equipment (camera/phone, microphone, LED lighting). Ability to work independently and meet agreed deadlines. Flexible with batch delivery (all content at once) or staggered delivery. Compensation $60 per UGC short-form video. $125 per long-form YouTube video. Total monthly compensation: $850. Evaluation Criteria Quality and consistency of delivered videos. Ability to clearly communicate trading-related topics. Timeliness in delivering monthly content. Collaboration with Creative Strategist. Professionalism and brand alignment. Notes This is a monthly deliverables contract, renewable based on performance. Candidate will be part of the Marketing team but work closely with other creative roles. Role is remote and flexible, with deadlines managed per month.
