We’re looking for a creative, reliable, and social-native video editor to help produce short-form videos for TikTok, Meta, and YouTube Shorts across multiple brands.
This isn’t a “cut clips and add captions” role — it’s for someone who understands how to make content stop the scroll, hold attention, and convert. Who We’re Looking For Someone who: * Gets social content — not corporate reels, but ads that actually sell * Knows how to build pacing, contrast, and energy from raw A-roll * Can work from minimal direction — sometimes a full script, sometimes a folder of chaos * Has taste. Understands when to use motion graphics, when to keep it clean * Moves fast, delivers reliably, and takes ownership If we give you: * A rough script or outline * A folder of clips, voiceovers, and B-roll You should be able to interpret the intent and make it work without endless back-and-forth. You Understand * Hooks, re-hooks, and retention tactics * Scroll-stopping structure and pacing * Emotional rhythm — when to cut, pause, or re-engage * Caption hierarchy, text overlays, and platform-safe zones Tools * CapCut Pro (preferred for shared Spaces workflow) * Premiere Pro or Final Cut optional * Familiarity with Google Drive & Trello What You Get * Consistent part-time work (approx. 5–20 hrs/week to start) * Paid trial to test workflow fit * Competitive per-video rate (based on quality and speed) * Bonus rates for editors who save time and nail creative direction * Potential to scale into a long-term content partner role To Apply Send: 1. 2–3 recent edits (TikTok, UGC, or ad-style videos only) 2.
