We already prepared our USPTO trademark application (TEAS Standard, Section 1(a), Class 009). We only need a U.S.-licensed attorney to review and submit the application on our behalf, as our company domicile is outside the United States. Scope of work: • Review the completed application (Goods/Services, specimen, filing basis all done) • File the trademark application with USPTO as the attorney of record • Handle basic correspondence from USPTO if required (optional, depending on your pricing) Requirements: • Must be licensed to practice law in the United States • Must be eligible to act as attorney of record with USPTO • Experience with TEAS filing preferred Please include: • Your state bar license and USPTO attorney registration number
