We are seeking a skilled professional to assist in configuring Twilio and our Yeastar phone system to build an intelligent IVR. The project involves integrating STT and TTS, likely using ElevenLabs, to enhance our customer interaction experience. At this stage it is a proof of concept so we can test and then build from that.
