What We're Looking For (The Requirements)
We are specifically seeking professionals with a strong background in education who are ready to excel in a personalised learning environment.
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
Expert Knowledge: Proven ability to deliver high-quality tuition in Maths, English, and/or Science across multiple Key Stages (KS1-Post-16).
Inclusivity Expertise: Demonstrable experience working effectively with students with Special Educational Needs (SEN), adapting resources and approaches for maximum inclusivity and accessibility.
Exceptional Rapport: Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the passion and ability to foster a positive, supportive learning environment that genuinely builds a student's confidence and self-esteem.
Commitment to Safeguarding: A current, enhanced DBS check on the Update Service (or willingness to apply immediately).
