Travel & Expenses Assistant We are looking for a Travel and Expenses Administrator to join our Finance department here at Harrods. You will be responsible for the management of expense claims processing and travel costs. About The Role As the Travel and Expenses Administrator you will manage user accounts on travel systems, providing support and troubleshooting as needed. You will provide support to the PO and invoices team in terms of paying suppliers. You will also; Efficiently process and verify expense claims Process invoices and provide reporting of Travel Policy adherence Provide support and troubleshooting as needed across travel-related systems About You The ideal candidate will have great attention to detail and administration skills as this role will involve you reviewing expense claims and financial data for accuracy and completeness, ensuring compliance with policies and guidelines.
