  • We’re recruiting for a Travel Consultant and Team Co-ordinator to join us. We’re offering a competitive base salary.
  • Join our dynamic Distribution Team as a Travel Consultant & Team Co-Ordinator, where you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional travel and coordination services across our Asset Management division. This is a varied and engaging role that offers the opportunity to work independently while collaborating with a wider team to support business growth, governance, and operational excellence.

What you’ll be doing

  • Organising and managing travel arrangements for domestic and international business trips
  • Coordinating logistics for events and meetings, including venue sourcing and supplier liaison
  • Reviewing and processing invoices and purchase orders with accuracy and timeliness
  • Supporting the maintenance of the Business Continuity Plan in collaboration with Governance
  • Leading and developing a Travel Assistant through coaching, performance reviews and recruitment
  • Ensuring compliance with travel policies and identifying opportunities for process improvements
  • Assisting with wider business management activities such as project delivery and data governance
  • Acting as a point of contact for travel-related queries and providing expert advice to stakeholders
  • Qualifications

Who we’re looking for

  • Demonstrating strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise effectively
  • Bringing experience in corporate travel booking, ideally within financial services or asset management
  • Communicating confidently with senior stakeholders and managing complex travel requirements
  • Showing proficiency in Microsoft Office and travel booking systems
  • Applying attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work
  • Leading with initiative and a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Managing confidential information with professionalism and discretion
  • Displaying a passion for business travel and a commitment to delivering excellent service
